As an AI Researcher, you will pioneer the convergence of artificial intelligence and blockchain, designing and deploying intelligent agents for our cutting-edge platform. You’ll have the opportunity to explore new frontiers in AI/ML, integrate these capabilities into decentralized systems, and shape the future of intelligent and secure digital solutions.

You will have the opportunity to (Responsibilities):

• AI Agent Development
  • Design and implement AI agents that utilize autonomous decision-making and learning capabilities.
  • Integrate machine learning models (e.g., NLP, recommendation systems, predictive analytics) for a variety of use cases.
  • Optimize agents for performance, scalability, and reliability within decentralized environments.
• Blockchain Integration
  • Develop and deploy blockchain-based solutions to enable decentralized decision-making and secure data management.
  • Write and maintain smart contracts that govern interactions between AI agents and blockchain networks.
• System Architecture
  • Design end-to-end solutions blending AI technologies with blockchain infrastructure.
  • Ensure smooth integration between AI agents and decentralized applications (dApps).
• Collaboration
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (data scientists, blockchain developers, product managers) to align AI solutions with business objectives.
• Research & Innovation
  • Keep pace with emerging trends in AI and blockchain to drive continuous innovation.
  • Propose and implement cutting-edge solutions that push the boundaries of decentralized and intelligent technologies.

We would love you to have (Requirements):

• Technical Proficiency
  • Strong background in AI/ML, with experience using frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Deep understanding of blockchain technologies, smart contracts, and decentralized protocols.
  • Solid programming skills in languages like Python, Solidity, or Rust.
• Applied AI Skills
  • Familiarity with AI agent frameworks, reinforcement learning, or multi-agent systems.
• Problem-Solving & Communication
  • Proven ability to tackle complex challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing.
