Abstract

This proposal asks the CARV community to vote on whether access to incentivized community events should be limited to A-Rank stakers (1,001+ $CARV for 6 months) or remain open to B-Rank stakers (100+ $CARV for 6 months) and above.

Motivation

To reward true commitment, staking is now required for joining community events. The next step is defining who among stakers should qualify. This decision impacts both fairness and engagement.

Rationale

• A-Rank only (YES): Prioritizes high-conviction supporters.
• B-Rank and above (NO): Keeps broader access and community participation.

Both options have value. The community should decide.
