What’s Guardian EXP & Level?

For CARV’s Guardian, accumulating the EXP will help you level up and reach the next tier of the guardian. The level represents your contribution. But more importantly, when reaching certain milestones level, you shall obtain the Guardian Tier title and additional $CARV rewards based on enrollment into the Guardian Incentive Program (see below for details).

Perks

  1. Interoperable Contribution Credentialing all in One Place: CARV Guardian Program is just the first program building on top of the Gamer’s Contribution Credentialing Ecosystem. Your involvement in building the gaming ecosystem (both retrospectively and prospectively) are recognized, aggregated, verified, stored, and displayed in a privacy-preserving and tamper-proof way. At the beginning, by building with CARV by developing the community into a gamers hub, through advocacy, education, content creation and partnership outreach, will be written on your Guardian SBTs on blockchain, which will be recognized and interoperable.
  2. Recognition Reputation: with credentials come recognition and opportunities. CARV is building a comprehensive gamer’s profile system where you can carry your attested talents (BD, content creation, community moderation, game testing, influence, programming) in the gaming vertical anyway; as well as a talent marketplace for making the connections between games and gamers.
  3. Participation in Guardian Incentive Program (GIP): Guardians who reach level 5 are eligible for enrollment into GIP. By meeting GIP requirements, can receive monthly $CARV (synthetic tokens of CARV). The amount of $CARV for each tier is being revamped and will be updated in the chart below.
  4. Official Sponsorship for Local Events: Guardians are encouraged to build real personal connections with each other and host local events for meetups and promoting CARV. We will provide the necessary financial support to make it happen!
  5. Governance: We ****aim to bring ****ownership of CARV community to every guardian. Your ideas and opinions are weighted and evaluated. All guardians are encouraged to speak your minds, raise your proposals and cast your votes.
  6. Leadership: Guardians willing to go extra miles and make a significant impact will be invited to work more closely with CARV team, or even join the team!

Interoperability of Skills & Credentials

Your EXPs will be shown in your profile as attested skillsets, desired by many in the gaming space. As the EXP system is being refined and further developed, CARV’s Guardian Program has already been recognized a standard by web3 guilds and web2 studios alike. In addition, CARV is working diligently to integrate with more games partners, ecosystem players to expand contribution credentialing across board. Each project has the ability to build on top of CARV’s credentialing system, and have their own versions of Guardian Incentive Program to incentivize community building.
