A bit about this role:

Product Manager is the soul of CARV. As PM, you will be bridging engineering, marketing, operations, and strategy teams, and assume the driver seat in creating world-class customer & enterprise-facing products at CARV. You will have the opportunity to (Responsibilities):

• Responsible for the planning and designing of product features.
• Analyze user needs, carry out product functional design, write product requirement documents, assist the development and QA teams to understand and master the requirements, and be responsible for the product requirement direction and implementation.
• Collect user data, sort and analyze the data, and continuously optimize the product.
• Continuously analyze the user feedback and usage data of the product, improve the user experience, and increase user retention.
• Collaborate with the technical team, design team, and operation team to jointly promote the project implementation.

We would love you to have (Requirements):

• Bachelor's degree or above, from global tier 1 universities preferred, consumer product experiences from Big Tech preferred. Deep understanding of the gaming industry a very strong plus.
• Innovation-driven, with a global perspective, independently responsible for the full life cycle management of products or functions.
• Have clear and meticulous logical thinking ability and strong data analysis ability.
• Pay attention to the interaction experience, be familiar with front-end UE and UI design.
• Have good collaboration skills, be good at communication and coordination.
• Bonuses: web2 products heavy in community experiences, web3 project experience, web3 gaming experience.
