1. What do Hunters do? What are Hunters' Roles?
- Form partnerships. Hunters represent CARV in establishing connections from bottom up in the Gaming ecosystem stakeholders. Stakeholders include but are not limited to
- Web2 & web3 games and game studios
- Block chain ecosystems e.g., Klatyn, Flow, Avalanche with growing number of games
- Streamers, thought leaders, community leaders in different communities etc.
- Gaming guilds, DAOs, eSports teams, and other gaming organization
- Game vertical NFT marketplaces, launch pads, gaming developer tools
- Any other players who add value to CARV's mission to build gamer identidy
- Scout new players in the ecosystem. Hunters meticulously scout and methodologically create a compilation of web2 & web3 games / game studios, KOLs/KOCs, and any other stakeholders in the gaming ecosystem who can form value-adding, synergistic relationship with CARV.
- Develop a knowledge base. Last but not least, when not externally facing, Hunters hone their weapons by refining databases of stakeholders, which helps prioritize relationship building and partnership formation.
2. Why Become Hunters?
- CARV EXP & soulbound acknowledgement: earn CARV base and bonus EXP quest by quest, with soulbound badges and NFTs to signal status, credential, and cement potential future soul drops. For more information on how to complete quests and earn EXPs, refer to Guardian Rank Level & Perks.

3. How do Hunters co-build alongside CARV**?**
- All guardians follow the Quest and Reward system
- Refer to the quest board for Hunters, select the quest that most excites you and follow the instructions. Once the quests are completed, your EXP points will reflect your achievements. As your EXP grows, the corresponding level, and soulbound NFT will follow
- Note each quest will have it's corresponding EXP (base & bonus) assigned. The higher EXP quest, the higher its priority and value add to CARV's ecosystem.
- All quests will follow the three roles that Hunters play: form partnerships with known players, find new players, and develop in-depth knowledge about each player.
4. What is the meeting cadence for CARV Guardians overall as well as hunters?
- Weekly townhall for all gurdians
- Weekly meeting for all hunters
5. How does the Quest and Reward system work? How do EXP, level up, soundbound NFT work?
- Refer to our general system for all guardians.
- For Hunter Quest specific EXP, refer to each Quest.
6. What is the base expectation for Hunters?
- Claim at least 400 EXP per week to maintain your guardian role. Guardian Hunters move in packs. Like a squad of Spartan warriors, each fighter relies on another for advance and defence.
- Hence, hunters who cannot maintain 400 EXP a week will be on review, and pruned after two review weeks in a row. However, fret not, we like to work with and look out for each other!
